Traffic Down At Chicago’s O’Hare Airport

The FAA released data today indicating that air traffic at Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport is at a 15-year low. Takeoffs and landings
have fallen from 992,000 takeoffs and landings in 2004 to 881,566 in 2008.

The airport has suffered a 15-year low by dropping almost 5%.

Chicago’s other airport, Midway Airport, has exdperienced a downturn as well by dropping over 12% itself.
